Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays or during the weekend will begin processing the following business day.

Order Tracking

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Buckle Buddy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bucklebuddyllc@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
